Flowsheet Development
March provides process flow diagrams, general arrangement drawings, and project site plans. These drawings are used as a basis for equipment selection, preparation of an equipment list, and the capital and operating cost estimates. Process flow diagrams are prepared on CADD with all major process and ancillary equipment shown. The process flow diagrams would be complete with material flow balances.

Engineering Services
Detailed engineering services are provided including design criteria development, mass/heat/water balances, equipment sizing, piping specifications, plant layout, process descriptions, process control design, capital and operating costs, estimating, and operational troubleshooting.

Metallurgical and Chemical Testing
March will design and supervise testing required to achieve client goals.
This includes the entire scale range from bench-top tests to full pilot plant.

Start-Up and Commissioning
March provides the following services:

· Project management supervision of start-up team for equipment installation, commissioning, and operator training.
· Construction quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC).
· Site coordination with vendors for start-up assistance as required.
· Inspection of equipment manufactured off site.
